Why should you be aware of the benefits of Phosphatidylserine?
Are you worried about Dementia, Parkinson’s, ADHD, Athletic performance, Depression, or Cognitive decline? Then yes, you do need Phosphatidylserine. So why don’t I explain what it is and how it can benefit you if you are concerned about any of the health issues mentioned above.
Phosphatidylserine is naturally occurring in our bodies but we get most of it from food sources. Soy lecithin is the most viable source to supplement. Our bodies simply do not produce enough Phosphatidylserine so food sources are your best source. The problem is that most food sources barely scratch the surface of what you actually need. So as we age and start to forget we have something to help us with some of our major concerns. Phosphatidylserine supplementation has been shown in scientific studies to improve Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, age-related cognitive decline, ADHD, Parkinson’s disease, depression and sports performance.
The reason I am writing is to inform you that you can start taking it. 300 milligrams a day should be enough. I hope you don’t think Phosphatidylserine is a cure for Alzheimers. I cannot say that. However if you are concerned about dementia, cognitive decline, athletic performance, ADHD and depression you should add this to your daily vitamin regimen. I would hope that you are already taking a good fish oil as well. There is suggestion that fish oil and phosphatidylserine taken together have a positive synergistic effect.
Since phosphatidylserine is derived from soy, it is fairly inexpensive. Having said that I would suggest that you stick with a better brand that you trust when buying it. Now I hope you remember what I wrote here, if not re read and run to the health food store and buy some. Please share this with your friends and family members as this information is not out in the general public just yet. This is really important if you plan on aging and keeping your marbles.
